Was born in 1948, in Berdichev, Ukraine.
Graduated from the Music College in Zhitomir and later graduated from the Music Department of the University in Uman, Ukraine.
Started his career as a teacher in the Berdichev Music School.
Since 1991 a member of "The Karmiel Orchestra", soloist (Balalaika, saxophone soprano).
In 2000, together with the other members of the orchestra got the first Award in the Music Competition of orchestras in Israel. As a member of the orchestra, many times took part in the performances (tours) in Europe and in the USA.
