Born in 1963.
In 1988 graduated from Music College in Khmelnitsk city, Ukraine. Class of drums and wind instruments. From 1985 worked in orchestra of Musical Theatre named after Petrovsky.
In 1991 repatriated to Israel. Since 1998 - member of "The Karmiel Orchestra". In 2000 as a member of the orchestra Eduard became a laureat of All-Israeli Contest of Orchestras.
With orchestra toured in Europe and USA.
