was born July 20th, 1947 in the city Kiev, Ukraine.
Yakov graduated from Kiev State Academy of Music as a vocalist. He worked in Moscow Philarmonic and with the company called "Mosconcert". In 1989 Yakov repatriated to Israel and since 1991 - member of "The Karmiel Orchestra". As a member of orchestra Yakov performed in many cityes of Europe and America.
